On April 20, the district welcomed the Reimagining Higher Education and PreK-12 Partnership group for a tour of the district. The group — consisting of school district and higher education administrators and educators — seeks to innovate and expand partnerships between all levels of education.

Throughout the tour, visitors observed a number of the classes and initiatives that have defined Duquesne City as an innovative school district, including the ActiveFloor projection system, Lilliput playhouses, the Duquesne House System, Drone Soccer, Lego League, Podcasting, Esports, Growth Transcript, and District C.
