The Duquesne City School District IT team is committed to integrating and maintaining technology within our classrooms — and throughout the district as whole — in a safe, responsible, and effective manner. To support the district's commitment to protecting the privacy, security, and integrity of student and staff data across all digital platforms used within the District, a publicly accessible TrustEd Apps Management Suite (TAMS) dashboard can be viewed by clicking here. This resource provides a centralized, transparent listing of all digital applications, platforms, and systems used within the District, along with direct access to each vendor's privacy policy and related compliance documentation. Student Device Agreements
The Duquesne City School District has implemented a new online process for completing Student Device Agreements for the 2026-2027 school year. Families will now complete the agreement through a Google Form. This updated process is intended to make the agreement easier for families to complete, reduce paper usage, and help ensure that student device agreements are submitted accurately and efficiently. All families with students receiving or using District-issued devices should complete the Student Device Agreement by clicking here.
Families are also encouraged to review the attached Student Device Agreement and Securranty insurance information for the 2026-2027 school year. Insurance information is available in both English, Spanish, Arabic, and Pashto. Completion of the Student Device Agreement helps ensure that students and families understand expectations for the proper care, use, and responsibility of District-issued technology.
