Right-to-Know
The Duquesne City School District recognizes the importance of public records. The public has the right, under law, to request, inspect and to obtain copies of such records, with certain exceptions and subject to the current Right-to-Know laws.
The District shall make public the records of the district in accordance with these guidelines, available for inspection, with the exception of those records exempted from such inspection and copying by law and the rules of the Duquesne City School District.
